摘要(Abstract):

本文首先讨论了考试规范的定义、作用及范式。在此基础上,本文结合阅读测试,进一步阐述了考试规范在考试设计中的作用,及其对提高考试效度的意义。为了更好地展示考试规范的特点及范式,本文围绕新TEM4阅读测试规范的设计,深入讨论了如何制定规范,如何将测试意图转换为具有可操作性的测试任务或程序等。本文对规范考试过程有启示作用。
Having examined the role, format and usefulness of test specifications in test development and evaluation, this paper sets out to investigate the significance of test specifications in the process of reading assessment. In order to exemplify how test specifications facilitate the operationalization of test construct and the development of items/tasks, this paper makes a close analysis of the new TEM4 reading test specifications. It is hoped that the discussion will throw light on how to translate construct into operational terms in test design and development.
